Our Sunday school warmly welcomes all children and young people up to the age of 20 years and meets at the same time as our church service.

Students are taught the Scriptures and their spiritual meaning. The first lessons consist of the Ten Commandments, the Lord’s Prayer and its spiritual interpretation by Mary Baker Eddy, and the Sermon on the Mount.

The next lessons consist of questions and answers adapted to the children’s understanding and can be found in the Christian Science Quarterly Bible Lessons, which are also read in the church service.

The students learn about their inseparable relationship with God and how effective prayer leads to healing. They discover how the truths from the Bible and our textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy apply to every aspect of their lives.

Children under Sunday school age are encouraged to join in the singing of hymns during the opening and closing exercises.

Children too young for Sunday school or the Wednesday evening testimony meetings are lovingly cared for in the children’s room.
